Click on the Remote Recharge if you intend to load a card
Click on the Remote Funds Removal if you intend to load a card
Click on the Remote Change Of Limit if you intend to change the withdrawal limit on a card
Select the card which you want to load, deduct or change limits on. You can search for the card using in part or full the the cardholder name, reg number or card number. Only one card can be selected at a time
Select the purse (product) which you want to load or deduct. The number to the right of the name of the purse/product is the balance. Please note when attempting to load a card, if your account balance for a particular product is zero, the purse will not appear on the dropdown. Similarly if there is zero balance for a particular product in the card from which you intend to remove fuel that particular product/purse will not show
Enter the amount/volume of fuel you intend to load/deduct. This amount cannot be more than the balance indicated on the purse
Put in a brief comment/ description of the volume change request that you have done for reference e.g. Monthly Allowance
Click on create to save your request. A popup to confirm that the request has been created will pop up also reminding you to complete the process by confirming the request in the unconfirmed request list. You can cancel the process from here by clicking cancel

A confirmation dialog box will appear prompting the user to choose whether or not they wish to proceed. If user proceeds a success popup will appear. The request is now sent to the server and the cardholder can then proceed to the fuel station and access fuel from the card. Users can also cancel requests at this point if created in error.

Please note after creating and sending a request, the balance of the card does not change. The card is said to have an 'Unperformed RR or RFR', the cardholder has to go with the card to a fuel station and have their balance checked for the requests to be performed after which the balance is then affected
To view volume change requests done over a period of time, you can either hover over REQUESTS then hover over Remote Change Requests then click on View Confirmed or hover over REPORTS then click on Remote Changes. From there enter the relevant parameters for the Cards, Category, Request Status, Purse, Period and Sort order then click on Generate a Report.
