In May 2023, Redan Belvedere had the opportunity to visit the St Joseph's House for Boys and lend a helping hand to the community. They were involved in various projects such as cleaning the facilities for the 300-broiler project, squeezing about 8 pockets of lemons for their lemon juice project, shelling 200kg of maize cobs, and shelling a 50kg pack of sugar beans. The team had a great time dancing and chatting with the boys, and they hope to establish a strong relationship with them moving forward.
St Joseph's House for Boys has been in existence since 1936, and it caters to young boys aged 12-18 years by providing them with basic life skills. The home is dedicated to equipping the boys with the necessary skills to thrive independently.
"We had a blast dancing and chatting with the boys and hope to build a strong relationship with them."
Said Memory Simbi, the manager for Redan Belvedere.
