In line with this commitment, the entire Redan organization, from our CEO to our service station teams, ecently took part in an intensive relationship selling training program.

Over 700 team members across the country participated in the sessions, which were designed to strengthen customer engagement, enhance communication skills, and reinforce Redan’s culture of service excellence.

The training was led by Coach Taf, widely known as Africa’s Coaching Genius, and Jerry Nyazungu, The Chartered Vendor, whose energy, insight, and practical approach inspired the team to reconnect with the heart of customer service, building genuine relationships.

This initiative marks another important step in Redan’s journey to continuously improve customer experience, empowering every team member to represent the brand with excellence and authenticity.
