Terms and conditions are deemed to have been accepted upon payment against an invoice or receipt of coupons and/or fuel card.
Redan will not be held liable for any loss or damage to fuel coupons or cards, howsoever occasioned, and the customer hereby indemnifies
Redan against said loss or damage. Redan is not responsible for replacing coupons in the event of any loss, theft or damage.
Coupons are valid for a limited time and cannot be redeemed after the expiry date which is stated on the physical coupon.
Please note that for coupon orders and card collections for a company name, they can only be collected on production of a letter of
authorisation on the ordering company letterhead detailing the name of the individual authorised to collect the coupons on the company’s
behalf and their national id number.
The customer hereby indemnifies and holds harmless Redan Coupon Pvt Ltd against any loss or damage whatsoever arising out of or in
connection with any failure by Redan Coupon Pvt Ltd to deliver any fuel products as a consequence, directly or indirectly, of any order,
directive, law or policy enacted by the Government of Zimbabwe.
Coupons are not for resale and are not redeemable for cash.
The presenter of any coupon or fuel card correctly issued by Redan Coupon Pvt Ltd is deemed to be authorised user and owner of the coupon.
Redan Coupon Pvt Ltd will not be liable for any loss whatsoever incurred by the customer once coupons or fuel cards have been collected.
Redan will not issue cash as exchange for coupon transactions.
Customers who purchase coupons other than at redan authorised sales office do so at their own risk.
Coupons not issued or authorised by Redan sales offices (i.e counterfeit or fake coupons) will not be redeemed and will not be returned to the customer
Coupons flagged as missing or stolen shall not be redeemed or returned to the customer
Rebased Fuel FAQs
Qn. I have unredeemed coupons or card volume that I bought prior to 13 January 2019 when the volumes were debased. What volume will I get when I go to the service station?
Ans. You will get the face value of litres on the coupon which is valid for 90 days and you must redeem these coupons or card volume on or before 30 April 2019.
Qn. My card is not yet reflecting the rebased volume prior to 13 January 2019.
Ans. Please visit the fuel station and have a card balance inquiry performed. If this balance does not tally with what was removed from your account please contact us via email or telephone or visit our offices for clarification
Qn. I redeemed my coupon/ card volume during the period when the volume was debased. What will happen to my lost volume?
Ans. All reimbursements will be to the original purchaser and all reimbursement transactions will be validated and fully recorded for audit purposes
The volume is not lost! You will be reimbursed the balance of your volume but only during the 90 day redeemable window.
Coupon customers must visit their nearest Redan Coupon office with their details. Individuals must bring their ID’s and corporates must submit authorisation letters duly signed by the designated authority.
Card customers will automatically have their balance loaded into their cards. These will reflect after a card balance inquiry is done on the card at a fuel station
Qn. My Coupon has expired or is due to expire during the 90 day window period. Can I get it extended?
Ans. Yes you can. If your coupon has or is due to expire, we will exchange it for a valid coupon but with an expiry date of 30 April 2019.
After this period, the coupon will no longer be valid for fuelling but you may come in and request a refund.
Qn. What happens if I do not redeem my old coupon during the 90 day window period? Ans The 90 day window is an extension of the waiver period we have received from the government.
Therefore after this period, coupons purchased prior to 13 January 2019 will not be redeemable for
fuel but you may get a refund of the original value paid for the coupon.
Qn.. I purchased coupons in bulk, will I be able to redeem this as bulk fuel from the service stations?
