Mandla has more than 15 years in the oil industry, 12 of which at various managerial levels. His scope of knowledge and experience included Retail, Distribution, Logistics, Supply, Pricing, Customer Service and Commercial Sales Management. Mandla started his oil industry journey with National Oil Company of Zimbabwe before joining Sakunda Energy then Puma Energy before joining Redan.
He holds a Bachelor of Technology Honours Degree in Retail Management (CUT), Certificate in Accounting (Gweru Polytechnic College) and Masters of Commerce in Marketing Strategy (MSU).
